Saturday. Day 10. I still cannot believe i even made it a week. I am so beyond proud of myself. Things are getting easier. Saturday morning was spent on the Sabine river. Bright and early. I will give more details about that adventure in another blog.
Lunch: Fit City Foods, Sweet Potato Hash and Coconut La Croix
Snack: Nice Cream. This treat is GUILT free! 2 frozen bananas, chia seeds, cacao powder, 1 tablespoon almond butter. HEAVEN.
Dinner: Fajita chicken, sauteed veggies, homemade guac and bacon.
