DAY8// WHOLE 30 CHALLENGE


One week in and i feel great. No extreme sugar withdrawals today. Hallelujah.

 Lunch by Morgan: AMAZING Swai fish crusted with Edamame and broccoli


Snacks: La Croix Cran-Raspberry and Mangos
